Under the supervision of the Family Success Center Director, the Family Partner will be responsible for providing and implementing prevention programs to families by developing and maintaining a robust family engagement approach.



  • Assist with initial contact with family and set up initial appointment for Family Success Plan development
  • Assist families with complex issues and provide follow-up and advocacy when needed
  • Assist families with making appointments and navigation through the social service system
  • Assist in providing families with information about different service programs
  • Incorporate and implement the Principles of Family Support and the Protective Factors into all aspects of work
  • Participate and assist in the coordination of Family Success Center activities and events
  • Facilitate parent involvement and parent leadership at the Family Success Center
  • Demonstrate proficiency in the use of an Electronic Health Record
  • Complete other tasks as assigned

  • Bachelor’s Degree in a Human Service field
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent interpersonal skills
  • Must possess a valid NJ driver’s license
  • Proficiently in Microsoft Word and Microsoft Excel
  • Demonstration of a high level of cultural competence and responsiveness
  • Complete a vigorous background check, including a criminal background check, sex offender registry check, motor vehicle check, and drug screening
