The Staffing Coordinator manages all recruitment, and hiring functions for per diem, part time, and full time staff in CSS (Eatontown, Matawan, Bayshore Family Success Center, and Outpatient offices). The Staffing Coordinator works collaboratively with the Program Managers/Directors to identify new and innovative ways to recruit the staffing level necessary for the success of the programs, and is the iCIMS Hiring manager. The Staffing Coordinator ensures complete and up-to-date employee files for all per diem employees in the Partnership and Family Care Programs. The Staffing Coordinator functions as a member of the Partnership Team



  • Ensure all per diem, part time, and full time CSS positions are posted on a regular basis.
  • Works with the HR team on assuring all positions are posted in the iCIMS platform
  • Review all iCIMS applications and resumes, and identify appropriate applicants for employment.
  • Facilitate "Information Sessions" for potential candidates on a monthly basis.
  • Interview potential candidates & formulate a determination regarding employment, with input from the Program Managers and Directors.
  • Coordinate Second Interviews with members of the Partnership Team, when necessary.
  • Complete the onboarding process for all new interns, per diem, part time, and fulltime employees, and other candidates, as necessary.
  • Work collaboratively to identify alternative methods for recruiting specialized staff.
  • Track all necessary documents for per diem staff, and ensure that documentation is updated in the employee file as needed.
  • Participate in the separation process, as needed. 
  • Complete Client Satisfaction Surveys for the Partnership and Family Care Programs.
  • Social Media Community Manager – responsible for posting, monitoring social media content, and engagement (specifically for the CSS Facebook Page).
  • Complete miscellaneous projects or tasks as assigned by management

The Staffing Coordinator will possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Social Work, Counseling, or a related field, from an accredited university. The Staffing Coordinator must possess good communication skills and demonstrate a high level of cultural competency, sensitivity and responsiveness.


Physical Demands:

  • Ability to hear the conversational voice with or without a hearing aid.
  • Ability to see with or without corrective lenses.
  • Ability to speak and be understood under normal circumstances.
  • Ability to lift and carry children in an emergency, as well as lift and move classroom furniture.
  • Ability to use arms, legs, and feet to accomplish the job.
  • Ability to evacuate the building during emergencies.
